- SUPPORT USThere are many ways to help whether you are an individual, business owner, member of a church or other organisation.Choose whether to make a one-off online donation or set up a regular monthly payment using our secure payment portal.Our collection tins need good homes so please support CHESS by collecting loose change at your school, business or event.

Donate Food & Goods For Rough Sleepers

We constantly meet rough sleepers in the 8 local authorities that we work in: Maldon, Chelmsford, Braintree, Epping, Rochford, Brentwood, Castle Point and Uttlesford. As a result we have an urgent need for various specific items to make their lives a little easier whilst we also look for longer term solutions, offering emergency accommodation if possible in the first instance.
We currently need:
- Sleeping Bags
- Tents (small waterproof pop-up)
- Bottled Water
- Food: crisps, biscuits, snack foods
